Back-end Order Entry, Order Editing
Input online order just in case your customer has not return to store to confirm its order after credit card payment, using the back-end order entry system. Search for existing customers, register new customers, add order items and apply discount coupon, all at the same time and in one convenient location. Webmama shopping cart has the ability to trace back what are the products customer had bought when you enter it's shopping cart ID, and automatically calculate shipping cost and tax based on the billing or shipping country.
Not only that, you can create new orders, input phone orders, add products, and even generate the order receipt or send out order confirmation email.
Order editing capability will save your time by modifying an existing order in real time. Add or remove products, update customer information, change the shipping address, etc.
Search, View & Fulfill Orders
All of your online and offline orders are captured in the administration area. By default, last 30 days orders are displayed. To search for particular orders, filter the transaction list by order date, order status, payment method, or directly enter keyword such as customer email, name, or order number.
Upon successful checkout, the system will send an email receipt to your customers and new order acknowledgement to you. You can then proceed to fullfill the order.
